Nepal Earthquake Fundraising
Bunbury Multicultural Group has been busy planning for the - "Nepal Earthquake Appeal Appeal Afternoon Tea". This will be held on 11th July, Saturday, on 3pm to 5pm at Corners on King Cafe. The Tickets are $30/adult and $10/child(under 15). We have some great speakers. The Consulate of Nepal will be present too. All funds raised will go to the Red cross Nepal Earthquake Appeal. Coffee Mornings
We organise occasional coffee mornings to give new migrants an opportunity to extend their social network.
We were invited by the Leschenault Catholic Primary School to give a presentation on Multiculturalism and it was very successful. We had a chance to talk to the children about India and Sri Lanka and issues that migrants have to face when they come to a new country.

Partnering with Volunteer South West to present a multicultural perspective on volunteering in the community at National Volunteer Week 2013, held at Noovoh.
